For years, my ADHD hid in plain sight behind achievement, responsibility, and pushing through. From the outside, it looked like success. Inside, it often felt like constant effort just to keep everything from slipping.
My diagnosis at 50 didn’t change who I was — it finally explained how much energy I’d been spending to hold it all together.
I built a career in leadership, grew businesses, and led high-performing teams. I relied on urgency, problem-solving, perfectionism, and people-pleasing to get results. It worked — but it came at a cost: cycles of burnout, anxiety about what I might have missed, and never quite feeling finished.
When my teens were diagnosed, I saw the same patterns through a new lens. The drive, the overwhelm, the emotional load — it wasn’t a personal failing. It was unrecognised ADHD wiring running without the right supports.
That understanding changed how I worked, how I led, and how I parented.
I didn’t need more discipline. I needed better-fit systems.
Now, I bring together lived experience, leadership, and specialist ADHD coaching to help capable people build systems that support success without the personal cost.
My coaching is strengths-based, judgment-free, and grounded in real life. We focus on practical, sustainable strategies that support the whole person — not just productivity.
Unmasked. Understood. And supported by systems that actually fit.
