High standards. Strong delivery. Always capable, always reliable — and completely exhausted in ways I couldn't explain.
My late ADHD diagnosis didn't arrive quietly. It arrived the way it does for many high-achieving women — through my children's diagnosis, mid-career, while I was still running a business and holding everything else together.
What followed wasn't just clarity about the past. It was a complete recalibration of how I work, what I expect of myself, and what sustainable actually looks like — not the performative version.
That's the work I do with clients now.
I spent decades in executive and leadership roles — building organisations, managing accountability at scale, and understanding first-hand what it costs high-functioning women to perform without the right framework.
I bring that experience into every coaching engagement. Not as theory. As someone who has navigated the same intersection of professional pressure, invisible load, late diagnosis, and the particular exhaustion of having masked exceptionally well for a very long time.
It's not cheerleading, not generic productivity advice.
We examine patterns honestly. We build systems that fit how your brain actually works. And we do it at a pace that doesn't replicate the urgency cycle you're trying to get out of.
My clients are typically navigating some combination of:
— A late or recent ADHD diagnosis that reframes decades of struggle
— Senior professional roles with real accountability and no room to fall apart
— The particular complexity of parenting teenagers who mirror their own experience
— Burnout that pushing harder is no longer fixing
I am professionally trained in ADHD coaching and work in alignment with ICF coaching standards. My approach is structured, strengths-based, and implementation-focused.
Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. Where clinical support is relevant — medication, formal diagnosis, psychological care — I work alongside your existing practitioners.
